Over the past two years, Apple has published multiple articles about its imaging positioning. Instead, a deployment plan is provided, formerly known as the (Device Registration Plan), which is now integrated into Business Management, allowing businesses to set up devices as soon as they successfully connect to the Internet. In addition to automated device registration, Business Management combined with management solutions make it easy to apply security features. Keep devices up to date and ensure compliance with Country Email List company policies. So, that are not currently using these programs but have new hardware? In short, they will now need to sign up for the program and talk to their provider about retroactively enrolling the device they purchased. This is to establish a line of trust for purchases so that when activated, devices can be verified to see if they were indeed purchased by the organization that set them up. Companies should not try to improve their processes and continue trying to make old imaging technology work. At a minimum, if an organization is unable to register a deployment plan for any reason, it should use the platform to perform basic management tasks such as remote wipe, remote locking, and disk encryption. As traditional imaging methods are phased out, organizations will face several challenges as they transition to more modern workflows. Active Directory is a good example.
